The Lorex LOR118501C4W packaged system includes an 8 channel, web and 3G phone accessible DVR that comes with 4 wireless security cameras. There are 4 unused channels on the DVR so you can add up to 4 more wired cameras of your choice. Think of the possibilities. Your installation may require a combination of wireless and wired cameras. You may need a few specialized cameras such as high resolution or super powered night vision cameras. This system gives you the opportunity to customize your needs.
The DVR offers all the features you would expect of a fully functional surveillance digital video recorder. There 3 modes of recording, motion detection, continuous and scheduled. The DVR will send an email alert when motion is detected with a captured image of what set off the motion. The DVR can be connected to an existing internet so live and recorded footage can be accessible from the web or mobile phone.
The cameras can see up to 60 feet in total darkness. The transmission uses digital wireless technology so there will not be any interference with other devices. There are also many other features.
